Our Story

Since 1994, we've been building homes that stand out from the rest, and we're proud to say that we've earned a reputation for excellence in the Kearney area. Our Services

We offer a wide range of services to help you create the home of your dreams. Our custom build services include framing, siding, soffit and fascia, finish work, cabinet installation, door and trim installation, handrails, built-ins, custom shelving and cabinetry, and all our own staining, varnishing, and painting using the latest spraying equipment. We also install our own ceramic and porcelain tile for floors, walls, kitchen and bath backsplash, and custom showers. In addition to custom builds, we also specialize in bathroom and kitchen remodels, commercial projects, and remodels and additions.

Meet the Team

Our team is led by Paul Jackson, the owner of Jackson Construction, who has been at the forefront of custom-home design and construction in Kearney for over 23 years. Paul is actively involved in every stage of the building process, from drawing blueprints to completion, and is committed to incorporating every client's desires into the creation of their dream home. Joining Paul is his son Zach Jackson, who has been working for Jackson Construction for seven years and is dedicated to carrying on the family tradition of excellence.

Our Process

We understand that every project is unique, and that's why we offer a personalized approach to every client. Our process begins with developing a set of plans for your "Dream Home" using 3-D modeling software and virtual reality programs. Once we have finalized the plans, we'll begin collecting bids and working to get you the best total price for the project. Throughout the building process, we encourage you to visit the job site as much as possible and provide regular updates to keep you informed.
