All-Star Gymnastics Center

All-Star Gymnastics is a beloved institution in the community, proudly serving families for over three decades. Founded in 1987 by Karen and Tom Bonacci, our gym has been a pillar of childhood enrichment, offering exceptional gymnastics programs designed to nurture the physical, mental, and social growth of every child.

We believe that gymnastics is not just about flips and tumbles; it's about building confidence, fostering discipline, and promoting a love of movement. Preschool Programs

For our youngest gymnasts, we offer a variety of preschool programs designed to introduce children to the joys of gymnastics in a safe and nurturing setting. From our introductory "Tumble Stars" program for ages 1.5 to 5 to the more advanced "Bright Stars" program for ages 3 to 5, our preschool programs focus on developing fundamental motor skills, coordination, and basic gymnastic concepts through playful exploration and creative activities.

Gym Stars for Girls & Gym Stars for Boys

As children get older, our "Star Kids" programs cater to specific age groups and interests. "Star Kids for Girls" and "Gym Stars for Boys, " designed for ages 5+ and 6+, respectively, offer structured classes that build upon the foundation established in our preschool programs. These programs provide a comprehensive introduction to gymnastics, focusing on essential skills such as flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination.

Specialized Programs

Recognizing the diverse interests of our students, we offer specialized programs that cater to specific needs and aspirations. Our "Ninja Stars" program encourages obstacle course mastery and ninja warrior-style training. For those passionate about the thrill of the air, our "Trampoline and Tumbling" program provides opportunities to develop skills on trampolines and other tumbling apparatus under the guidance of experienced coaches.

Competitive Team

For gymnasts with a competitive spirit, All-Star Gymnastics offers elite "Competitive Team" programs for USAG Levels 3-10 and Xcel Divisions Bronze through Diamond. Our dedicated coaching staff, led by Head Coach Tom Bonacci, works tirelessly to provide the highest level of training, helping athletes unlock their potential and strive for excellence.
