At Interstate Gymnastics and Dance, we believe that gymnastics is a total fitness experience that combines physical and social exploration to develop healthy bodies and sound minds. Our goal is to provide each student with the opportunity to discover and develop their individual talents through creativity and self-expression. Located at 5 Burnham Road in Methuen, MA, our 10,000 square foot Gymnasium facility is equipped with state-of-the-art training equipment and offers a variety of programs including Gymnastics, Dance, and Xtreme Ninja.

Our Programs

Our programs are designed to cater to different age groups and interests. For young children, we have the Mom & Tot program, which is designed for 18 months to 2 1/2 years old, focusing on fun, fitness, and friendship. For older children, we offer Gymnastics and Dance classes, as well as Xtreme Ninja for those who enjoy obstacle courses and ninja training. We also host birthday parties and have a dedicated calendar for our programs and events.

Summer Sessions

We are now accepting registrations for our Summer Sessions. New students can create an account and find classes that fit their schedule through our online portal. Returning students can log in to view the summer schedule and set up a password if needed. Our Summer Sessions are designed to be fun and engaging, providing a perfect opportunity for students to learn new skills and make new friends.

Our staff is USA Safety trained and certified, and consists of some of the most talented professionals in New England. They attend regular clinics, seminars, and certification programs to ensure they remain among the most knowledgeable in the industry.
