At Back's Deli, we pride ourselves on being an independent delicatessen that offers a unique blend of continental foods, fresh produce, unusual wines, and local beers in the heart of Heaton Moor. Established in 2007, our deli is run by James Folkman, a 15-year veteran of the restaurant and catering trade. With a passion for creating great food and selecting the best wines and beers, James encourages his team to sample everything we stock, ensuring that we only provide the highest quality products to our customers.

Our Services

Our deli offers a wide range of services, from coffee-to-go to lunchtime salads, evening meals to takeaway, and even corporate and private catering. We take pride in our huge range of fresh and home-cooked produce, stocking classic staples as well as more unusual products that supermarkets can't source.

Our deli takeaway menu features a range of freshly prepared sandwiches, paninis, and salads, as well as stocking the finest pork pies, soft-boiled Scotch eggs, and quiches. We're constantly working on developing new menu ideas to offer to our deli customers and outside clients.

For our corporate and private clients, we deliver deli fresh food to businesses and events in Cheshire, Manchester, and beyond. Whether it's a party of 50+ or a smaller gathering, we're determined to provide exceptional food and service that will leave a lasting impression on your guests.
