Our Technology

Our proprietary, web-based due diligence system, Premier Loan Underwriting Management System ("PLUMS"), is a powerful and flexible tool that integrates with a multitude of third-party providers to offer all-encompassing due diligence solutions. This technology ensures always accurate, quality data and reviews, providing a comprehensive picture of any mortgage-related transaction or asset.

Our Team

The bulk of our services are conducted by our underwriters who must have 5+ years of underwriting experience, pass a rigorous exam, pass a thorough background check, and have exemplary references. Upon hiring, all new underwriters are required to complete training on Inglet Blair's proprietary underwriting applications and must spend a trial period underwriting test loans. Only after a senior staff member has certified an underwriter's capabilities will he or she be released to work on any client projects. All underwriters are employees of Inglet Blair at the time of hire.
