One reviewer, Gia Noelle, shared a horrific experience with the repair of her brand-new Louboutins. The ancient old man who handled the repair scratched the leather and used men's protectors instead of waiting for the correct ones, resulting in a subpar fix. The store refused to provide a refund or compensation and offered a 10% discount for the next visit. This incident led Noelle to advise others to avoid the place at all costs.
Chelsea Kimpton had a similar issue with her Michael Kors bag. The technician claimed it would take a certain amount of time and price to repair the damaged handle.
