At Linden Oaks Physical Therapy, we pride ourselves on being a privately-owned practice that has been serving the Rochester community since 1992. Our team of experienced therapists has over 100 years of combined experience, with each therapist having worked in the field for at least 10 years. We take pride in our patient-centered approach, focusing on maximizing our patients' function by designing physical therapy exercise programs tailored to individual needs.

Our Services

At Linden Oaks Physical Therapy, we offer a range of specialized services, including:

• Orthopedic Physical Therapy: Our therapists work with patients to reduce pain, regain mobility and strength, and recover from injury or surgery. We ensure that each patient receives a personalized treatment plan to achieve their goals.

• Hand Therapy: Our hand therapy program is designed to prevent dysfunction, restore function, and reverse the progression of pathology of the upper limb. Our certified hand therapist, Kelly MacLaren, MS, PT, CHT, uses a variety of techniques and tools to achieve optimal results.

• Pelvic Health: Our pelvic health program is designed to help individuals recover from childbirth, manage incontinence, and alleviate pelvic pain. Our therapists work closely with patients to develop a personalized treatment plan to achieve their goals.

• TMJ Disorders: Our therapists specialize in treating temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, using a range of techniques to alleviate symptoms and improve function.

Telehealth

We are proud to offer telehealth appointments to existing and new patients throughout New York State. Our telehealth services include video conferencing and phone consultations, allowing patients to receive high-quality care from the comfort of their own homes.
