Our Story

In 2003, a dream was hatched to provide a high quality gymnastics training facility with exciting, progressive, and positive training methods. So, FlightSchool Gymnastics Center was founded in the summer of 2003 by Phil and Lynette Sappington. We began with 13 founding members. With the help of the parents of those 13 girls, we began the work that would get our new gym up and running. In our first year of operation, our dream grew quickly to 125 students and has shown steady growth to this day. We have had numerous State and Sectional Champions, as well as Regional and National Competitors. FlightSchool continues to grow and improve with every passing year and our Team continues to improve as we work to our goal of National Champions and College Scholarships.

Today, our Alumni have spread far and wide, competing at colleges and universities throughout the United States. We are proud of our achievements and look forward to many more years of growth and success.

Coaches and Staff

Our team of experienced coaches and staff are dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and challenging environment for all our students. They are committed to helping each student reach their full potential, whether they are just starting out or working towards competitive levels. Our coaches are certified through USA Gymnastics and have years of experience in the sport.
