Our Process

Initial Consultation: This is where we get to know each other, your property, expectations, and vision. Together we will decide whether to use one of our custom home plans or if it would be best to work with a local Gig Harbor or Kitsap county architect to create a completely unique design just for you.

Design Phase: Whether you're using one of our custom home plans or designing something entirely new, we'll work with you to ensure that your home is exactly what you've always dreamed of. This is the time to think about how you live and what you need in your home.

Permitting Phase: This is where we take the final plans and submit them to the local building department for approval. This phase can sometimes be lengthy, but we'll handle all the details for you.

Construction Phase: This is the most exciting part of the process. We'll break ground on your new home and start turning your dream into a reality. We'll keep you updated throughout the entire process with regular meetings and site visits.

Final Inspection and Move-In: Once your home is complete, we'll schedule a final inspection to ensure everything is perfect. After that, you get to move in and start enjoying your new home!
