Our Story

At Colvos Construction, we are passionate about building excellence delivered. Founded in December 2016 by longtime colleagues and industry veterans Devin Page and Anders Bjorn, our office is located in downtown Tacoma's historic Opera Alley. We offer full-service commercial general contracting services in Tacoma, Seattle, Bellevue, Olympia, the Peninsula, and throughout the Puget Sound region.

Design-Build

Our Design-Build services offer a single point of responsibility for both design and construction phases of a project. This approach simplifies communication and process, providing a single entity accountable for every aspect of the build. From estimation and assessment to architecture, schematics, engineering, subcontracting, construction, and post-construction, we manage all contracts with companies, such as subcontractors, equipment vendors, and material providers.

Tenant Improvement

With over $100MM in tenant improvement projects for restaurant, retail, and hospitality clients in the Puget Sound region, our construction professionals deliver efficiently built, inspirational spaces to inspire customers and teams.

Preconstruction

Our highly skilled preconstruction team members consult immediately with real-time cost information, asking the right questions at the start of the project to get to the heart of client needs. We provide detailed estimates with minimal design information, identifying detailed assumptions for scope and services.

General Contracting

As the general contractor, our job is to provide highly skilled project teams to build your project in an efficient, timely, safe, and professional manner. Contracting services can be integrated at various project milestones and are adaptable to meet your specific needs. We are responsible for providing all material, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of the project.
