Pet-friendly environment with proximity to Lincoln National Forest trails and a spring-fed feeding pond. Ideal for both short stays and seasonal camping.
Cabin Rentals
We offer multiple cabin types including Standard Family, XL Family, One Bedroom, Bear Bones, and Efficiency cabins. All units feature rustic decor with modern amenities like full kitchens, living areas, and private bathrooms. Pet-friendly options available with cleaning fees varying by cabin type and season.
Fishing Access
Nearby Grindstone Lake and Lake Mescalero provide excellent fishing opportunities. Grindstone Lake contains Rainbow Trout and Bluegills while Lake Mescalero receives annual trout stocking. Our property includes a spring-fed feeding pond for casual fishing activities in a natural setting.
Pet-Friendly Camping
We welcome pets in both RV sites and cabins. RV guests pay no additional fees with pet restrictions requiring leashes and supervision. Cabin rentals include a $30 non-refundable pet fee and $100 refundable deposit to accommodate guests traveling with animals in our forested environment.
Seasonal Rates
We offer tiered pricing based on seasonality and demand. Winter monthly rates start at $700 (Nov-Apr) while summer rates begin at $850 (May-Oct). Holiday weekends require additional $75 fees. Cabin pricing varies by type and day of week with cleaning fees applied to all reservations.
