We are a family-operated business rooted in the historic Wooten Canyon, once serving as the final water stop for the Cloud Climbing Railroad until 1938. Our property has been transformed into a picturesque retreat surrounded by fruit trees and breathtaking mountain views. We offer a unique RV park experience with seven fully functional sites featuring full hookups, Wi-Fi, and proximity to the Rocky Mountains. Guests can enjoy wildlife sightings, hiking trails, and seasonal fruit picking in a serene environment. Our refurbished historic cabin and RV park provide a warm, inviting getaway for visitors to the Land of Enchantment. Located just a short drive from the historic town of Cloudcroft, we aim to share the area's natural beauty and rich history with every guest.We prioritize a peaceful atmosphere with quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM and enforce clear guidelines for guest conduct. Our amenities include free Wi-Fi, pet-friendly accommodations, and designated campfire areas, though we do not provide restrooms or showers on-site. We accommodate up to two guests per site at standard rates, with additional fees for extra occupants. Our check-in and check-out policies ensure smooth transitions for all visitors, with flexibility for late checkouts upon request.
