We have developed strong working relationships with State and Federal agency staff and have experience with programs such as the Texas Instream Flow Program, Texas Pollutant Discharge and Elimination System (TPDES), and United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Section 404 permits, Texas Parks and Wildlife Sand and Gravel Permits, and other environmental studies.
