Our Story
Founded by industry professional Arrica B. Lagsding, Studio 6a Dance Academy is more than just a dance studio - it's a dance ministry. With over 30 years of cumulative experience as a student, choreographer, instructor, and performer, our director has created a unique curriculum that presents age-appropriate music, tasteful movement, and family-friendly ideals for dancers of all ages. Our studio is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including a Harlequin "Cascade" Marley vinyl surface and basket-weave sprung sub-floor, ideal for reducing the risk of injury and enhancing performance experience.
Our Services
At Studio 6a Dance Academy, we offer a wide range of classes and programs designed to meet the needs of dancers at every step of their artistic journey. From beginner ballet and contemporary to advanced jazz and hip hop, our classes are led by experienced instructors who are dedicated to helping our students grow and succeed. We also offer specialty programs, such as our Dance Discovery Program for young children and our Teen Beginner Class Series for older students.
In addition to our regular classes, we also offer studio rentals for private events and rehearsals, as well as trial lessons and studio tours by appointment only. Our schedule is designed to accommodate busy families, with classes available Monday through Saturday.
