At Cheryl Lacoste Counseling Services, our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 8 years of experience, I, Cheryl Lacoste, have had the privilege of working with clients who have faced a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, and addiction.

Our Services

Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. We understand that everyone's journey is unique, and we believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and change. We use a variety of theoretical approaches, including person-centered and cognitive-behavioral therapy, to help clients develop coping strategies, manage their symptoms, and improve their overall well-being.
