Team Title Insurance Agency, Inc. was established on March 1, 2001, and is a locally owned and operated title insurance agency. We are recognized as one of the top independent title agents in the state of Florida by our underwriter. Our agency is dedicated to providing exceptional service to realtors, lenders, builders, and property owners in Lee County with office locations in Fort Myers and Cape Coral.

At Team Title Insurance Agency, we handle title search and closing procedures involved with the purchase of new property, sale of existing property, and loan origination or refinancing. Our experienced and knowledgeable team is committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction for all parties involved. We have an onsite title search facility that allows for quick turnaround time and resolution to title issues.

Our staff is comprised of experienced professionals with decades of experience in the title insurance industry. Many of our closing officers are veterans with over 20 years of experience in the business, and some have even received the Certified Land Closing designation by the Florida Land Title Association.
