Situated in the heart of State College, Pennsylvania, Wellness in Motion (WIM) is a yoga studio that offers a diverse range of classes and services tailored to meet the needs of every body. Our warm and welcoming atmosphere is designed to make all individuals, regardless of their age or ability level, feel at ease as they explore the world of yoga and movement. At WIM, we firmly believe that yoga should not only be accessible but also a enjoyable experience that enhances one's quality of life.

Our Classes and Services

At WIM, we offer a wide variety of classes, ensuring that there is something for everyone. Our class offerings include traditional yoga styles, such as Gentle Yoga and Power Flow Yoga, as well as Pilates, PiYo, Meditation, and Yoga Therapy. We also cater to our younger yogis through our Youth Yoga program. Our experienced instructors bring diverse training backgrounds, which allows us to provide a rich and comprehensive yoga experience. We understand that every individual has unique preferences, so our classes range from slow-paced and relaxing to more dynamic and invigorating. For those who prefer a more personalized experience, we also offer Private Sessions.

*Yoga Therapy*: Our Yoga Therapy program is designed to help individuals with specific health concerns or limitations. Through individualized sessions, our certified Yoga Therapists work closely with clients to create a customized practice that supports their healing journey.

*Reiki and Herbal Consultations*: We offer Reiki sessions and Herbal Consultations as a complement to our yoga and movement classes. These services can help deepen your wellness journey by addressing energetic imbalances and providing personalized herbal support.

*Private Yoga Sessions*: For a more personalized and tailored experience, our Private Yoga Sessions offer individual attention, allowing clients to work on specific goals, alignment, or modifications based on their unique needs and abilities.

*Restore Your Core*: Our Restore Your Core program focuses on rebuilding the strength and stability of the core. Through targeted exercises and breathwork, this class aims to improve posture, alleviate back pain, and enhance overall physical well-being.

*Yoga Teacher Training*: WIM is proud to offer both 200-Hour and 300/500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training programs. These immersive programs provide students with the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to become certified yoga instructors and share the gift of yoga with others.

Our intimate studio setting, complete with smaller class sizes, fosters a sense of connection and camaraderie among students and teachers. We believe that yoga is a lifelong journey, and we are committed to supporting our students every step of the way.

Our Studio Location

Our studio is located at 2541 E. College Ave, Suite 104, in State College, Pennsylvania. To find us, turn onto Gerald Street from E. College Ave and then turn right into the Burger King parking lot. Our parking lot connects to theirs. We are in the same building as Horizon Federal Credit Union, and WIM is located on the College Ave side of the building (the opposite side from US Accounting). Our door is directly after the tall glass tower.
