Imagine a life that feels relaxed, calm, and steady. For most humans, such ease seems far away. But the truth is, what you seek is closer than you think. If someone points you in the right direction, you can get there one step at a time. For nearly 25 years, TriYoga of Central Pennsylvania has been helping people access greater physical and mental health through yoga and meditation, lifestyle education, and community support.

When I came to this practice as a first-year high school English teacher, I knew burnout would quickly hit me if I didn't learn to take care of myself. Discovering how to relax and breathe deeply changed everything. Through TriYoga, I met a new way of being that opened up my body, mind, and spirit, and ultimately my life. I'm here to share this knowledge with you because you are going to love feeling so much better, and your transformation to ease is exactly what the world needs.

How TriYoga Works

Discover: Uncover the layers of what's going on in your body, mind, and life by learning to relax, breathe, and observe.

Our Services

We offer a variety of services designed to guide you on your journey toward better self-care. These include:

  • Intro Course: Fresh Start: Reset and Revive with TriYoga provides the first steps to take on your journey toward better self-care by introducing a completely fresh approach to yoga that supports body, mind, and life.
  • Monthly Membership: Flow: The Membership leads you step-by-step back to your Self so you can experience ease, energy, and joy. Flexible and extensive access points make yoga possible no matter how full your life is right now.
  • Events: Free outreach events, yoga retreats, programs on the subtle practices of yoga, teacher trainings, music gatherings (kirtan), and more provide a special experience for a day, a weekend, or a year-long program.
  • Private Yoga Sessions: Sign up for a private online yoga session with Theresa. Enjoy guided yoga flow, work on areas of limitation, discuss yoga wisdom, or receive yoga teacher mentoring. Choose your focus!

We are dedicated to helping people access greater physical and mental health through yoga and meditation, lifestyle education, and community support.
