Poor Experience at Bell Apartments
Maintenance Issues
Several residents have reported poor maintenance services, with some claiming that it takes a long time for issues to be resolved. Alexis, an office worker, was criticized for not asking the right questions when encountering a car without a license plate, leading to the car being towed away. Marguarita Louis and Jill Weinstein also reported maintenance issues with their apartments, including leaky faucets, broken gates, and roach infestations.
Unfair Rent Increases
