Peacham Cafe

Welcome to the Peacham Cafe, a community-supported enterprise located in the heart of Peacham, Vermont. Since its opening in August 2014, the cafe has become a vibrant hub for the community, offering a welcoming space for coffee, food, and conversation. Our mission is to provide a financially sustainable, community-supported cafe and store that meets the community's needs for a local eatery, gathering place, and staple grocery.

Our Story

The Peacham Cafe is a unique enterprise, owned and maintained for the benefit of the community by the Peacham Cafe LLC. The LLC is a subsidiary of Peacham Community Housing, a local non-profit provider of elderly housing. The cafe is operated by a Manager who rents the space from the LLC, ensuring that any profits made go towards supporting the work of Peacham Community Housing. The cafe's success is driven by a group of 7 community volunteers who coordinate activities such as gallery displays, celebrations, and fund-raising for improvements to the facility.

Services Offered

The Peacham Cafe offers a simple menu featuring high-quality, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. We pride ourselves on using locally roasted Res Ipsa Coffee from Barnet, Vermont. Our operating hours are Thursday to Sunday, with breakfast served from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and lunch from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm. We are open to the community and visitors alike, providing a cozy atmosphere for relaxation and socializing.

Our goal is to create a space where the community can come together, share experiences, and enjoy each other's company.
