Our Founder

Talint was founded in 2010 by our Chief Talent Officer, who brings a wealth of experience in human resources and recruitment. After working at The Washington Post for several years, she recognized a huge service gap and saw an opportunity to provide affordable, effective HR solutions to small businesses.
