Our Story
J&A Hospitality Staffing, Inc. was founded in 2006 by Melania Champion, owner and president of the company. Melania came to the United States from Colombia in 1991 and began a career in the hospitality industry. With her solid work ethic and natural leadership skills, she soon rose to the position of general manager. After being encouraged to start her own business, Melania founded J&A Hospitality Staffing, Inc.
