Victoria's love for cake started at a very young age, inspired by her mother's wonderfully fun and creative birthday cakes. As soon as she was old enough, she was cooking by her side, learning all she could from her. Although her career initially took her in a different direction, her passion for baking was rekindled when she moved to New York in 2000. She pursued her dream of becoming a chef and graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in 2002. Victoria spent time working in restaurants, event spaces, and print magazines before finding her way back to cake in 2008, with the creation of her twins' first birthday cakes. She was instantly hooked! With her culinary skills, artistic talent, and dedication to creating delicious and visually appealing cakes, Victoria has built a reputation as one of the finest cake designers in the Chicagoland area.
