Schulze Vineyards

Schulze Winery is a beautiful family-owned and run vineyard located in the heart of Upstate New York. Our winery has been producing award-winning wines for over four decades, and we take great pride in our heritage and the quality of our products. Our vineyards are situated on 122 acres of land just minutes from the south shore of Lake Ontario, providing a gorgeous country setting and a view that is simply breathtaking.

Our History

The land that now houses Schulze Winery was purchased in 1969, and it included a small established Niagara and Concord vineyard. In 1970, we began a contract with Welch's for juice, and in 1972, we added a contract with Great Western for juice. Over the years, we have expanded our vineyard, planting hybrid Siegfried Riesling grapes, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Vidal Blanc, and other grape varieties. We have also started supplying grapes to several local wineries.

In 2005, Domenic Carisetti was hired as a winemaker, and in 2006, we were granted a State Liquor License and federal permits. In 2007, Schulze Winery opened, and a dream was realized.

Our Services

At Schulze Winery, we offer a wide range of services to our customers. Our winery is open to the public from Sunday to Friday, 12PM to 6PM, and on Saturdays from 11AM to 6PM. We offer wine tastings, vineyard tours, and private events, providing an unforgettable experience for all who visit us.

Our beautiful vineyard and winery provide a unique and memorable setting for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions.
