Our story begins in 1919 when Leonard Oakes bought land in Orleans County, laying the foundation for generations of farming and agricultural endeavors. Today, we proudly carry on that legacy, rooted in the soil and fueled by four generations of tastemakers.

In 2003, we branched out, planting our first wine grapes and crafting wines that reflected our rich heritage. We further expanded in 2011 with the launch of SteamPunk Cider, a unique blend of traditional English and new-age dessert apples.
