Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals, including Brent Woolf, CPA, who joined Ohio Valley Accounting and Tax Services in 2017. Brent is a licensed CPA with the state of Ohio and has a background in trading and managerial roles before transitioning to accounting. Thomas M. Carnahan, CPA, was the previous owner of the business and will continue to do personal income tax returns. Seth Williams, who is currently in the process of becoming an Enrolled Agent, handles payroll and tax returns, and Christine Hardman provides administrative assistance. Our diverse range of skills and expertise ensures that we can address the complex financial needs of our clients.
