After 39 years in the catering business, the founders of Olive Branch Catering took over where the previous owners left off, bringing with them a wealth of experience and a passion for creating memorable events. Our founders, Rob and Raya, have a unique background in the culinary and high-tech industries, and are committed to using their skills to bring people together through the power of food.

Our Team

Our team is led by Head Chef Rob Zakir, a culinary school graduate with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Rob has worked in family-owned restaurants in various cities and has a passion for creating unique, gourmet dishes that wow the senses. Our team also includes Raya Hosseini Zakir, who brings her expertise in the high-tech industry to the world of catering. Together, they make a formidable team, dedicated to providing exceptional service and culinary excellence.
