Misunderstanding and Lack of Compassion
The reviewers expressed disappointment and frustration with their experiences. Sue Seeley was dropped due to a misunderstanding, although she mentioned that it ultimately turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Coty Motta had a horrible experience, feeling that the care provided was not compassionate and that they did not take the time to fully review their records.
