At Responsive Property Management, we take pride in being the "Turn Around Experts". With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, we have mastered the art of property management. Our story began in 1991 when our founder, Frank Rizzi, started Frank Rizzi Investments with a small group of real estate investors. The goal was to purchase distressed commercial investments after the real estate bubble burst. However, after acquiring several assets, we found it difficult to get good results from property management companies. The buildings were plagued by high vacancy, low cash flows, problematic tenants, and outrageous maintenance costs.

As the Managing partner, Frank Rizzi was forced to learn how to run a building. He attended dozens of seminars and classes on property management and construction, and soon felt equipped to manage commercial and residential property. In a short period of time, he was able to fill over a hundred residential units, satisfy his partners, and manage maintenance costs. This was during the early and mid 1990's when the real estate market was in a recession, similar to the current situation.

In 1996, Frank Rizzi obtained his real estate broker's license and started brokering commercial real estate. Many of his clients viewed his success as an opportunity and wanted him to manage their properties. This led to the formation of Bos Commercial, which is now known as Responsive Property Management. Our philosophy is not just a name, but a way of doing business. At Responsive Property Management, we believe that being responsive is crucial in property management. We need to be responsive to property owners, current and prospective tenants, vendors, and anyone affected by our properties.
