Alpine Title Services, Inc. is a full-service title company located in the heart of the Mount Washington Valley in Conway, New Hampshire. Since 2002, we have been proudly owned and operated by Matt and Vicki Weegar, who have made it their mission to provide exceptional title and closing services to individuals, realtors, lenders, and all others in need of real estate assistance. Our team of professional closing and title specialists, including our own staff attorney, is equipped with the knowledge and experience necessary to handle all aspects of your residential or commercial real estate transaction.

Our Services

• Title Insurance: We are certified Registered Agents with Closing Insight and recognized as Authorized Agents with First American Title Insurance Company. This means we can provide you with the title insurance you need to protect your investment and ensure a secure transaction.
• Closings: We will conduct the closing at a location that is most convenient for the parties involved, whether that is in our office, at a lender or realtor's office, or through a mail away or email away closing when allowed.
• Post-Closing Services: Our team of post-closing coordinators, including Miranda and Cathy, are responsible for resolving title issues, issuing title insurance policies, and handling all post-closing tasks.
• Title Abstracting: With over 25 years of experience, our abstractor Jeanne is skilled in searching titles in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.

Meet the Team

At Alpine Title Services, we believe that our team is what sets us apart. Here's a little more about the people behind the scenes:

• Vicki, Owner/Office Manager: As a native of NH and with 22 years of banking experience under her belt, Vicki is well-equipped to handle all of our financed transactions. As an owner of the company, she also takes on marketing, closing, and any other tasks that need to be done.
• Matt, Owner/Attorney: With a background in law enforcement and a law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center, Matt brings a unique perspective to the table. As our staff attorney, he's happy to help with any legal questions you may have.
• Miranda, Post-Closing Coordinator: Miranda joined Alpine in 2017 and quickly took over our post-closing duties. She loves the daily challenges of her position and is always willing to step in and help with the processing of files.
• Cathy, Senior Post-Closing Coordinator: As one of the original members of the Alpine team, Cathy has performed all duties involved in a real estate transaction from start to finish. She is now responsible for resolving title issues, issuing title insurance policies, and post-closing tasks.
• Jeanne, Abstractor: With over 25 years of experience as a title abstractor, Jeanne has searched titles in four different states. She joined the Alpine team in 2015 and has been an invaluable asset ever since.
• Kelley, Business Development/Marketing: Kelley joined Alpine in 2017 and is responsible for developing business relationships in Northern New Hampshire and servicing our existing clients in the North Country. You'll find Kelley out and about doing closings, attending realtor meetings, and assisting with anything she can to get transactions closed.
