Jim and Lise Kealey are described as honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable about rental services and working with homeowners associations (HOAs). Clients praise the company's great communication, industry expertise, and attention to detail in managing their properties. They have dealt with various clients, including homeowners, investors, and HOAs, and have consistently delivered quality service.
Unprofessional Behavior and Lack of Integrity
However, not all reviews are positive. Vince T. and Hoa Member have had highly negative experiences with CAM Property Management, which appears to be the same company as Sandalwood Property Management. Vince T. accused the company of being thieves and refusing to change their business practices. Hoa Member described Jim Kealey as refusing to hand over their community's books and records, denying them access to their own bank accounts, and calling the police and having HOA board members trespassed.
