Wait Times and Scheduling Issues
Some reviewers expressed frustration with long wait times and difficulties with scheduling appointments. Tracy Lor stated that their appointment was almost two hours long, but their time with the doctor was less than 30 minutes. Ashley Langford had to wait four days for an "emergency appointment" with Dr. Kornreich, only to have him be 45 minutes late.
Staff and Doctor Communication

Access to the Office
Scott Cherek mentioned that it was tricky to get to the office, especially for those with mobility issues, due to the location and parking situation.
