My name is Emily Wimbush, and I'm the founder and designer behind Augusta Designs. I've been creating beautiful, statement jewelry for over two decades, drawing inspiration from my childhood on the sun-drenched beaches of Florida.

A Journey of Creativity and Resilience

My journey in jewelry making began with humble beginnings, collecting seashells and crafting them into unique pieces. Over the years, my skills evolved, and I honed my craft, experimenting with diverse materials and techniques. My work developed a distinct style, characterized by its playful geometric forms, vibrant colors, and meticulous attention to detail.

Life, however, had other plans. In the face of health challenges, I find myself taking a step back from the whirlwind of creativity. While I step away from creating new pieces, I remain grateful for the loyal customers who have supported me throughout this journey.

A Focus on Health and Gratitude

My current focus is on my health and the journey towards a new beginning. I'm receiving the ultimate gift: a life-saving lung transplant. This journey requires immense physical and emotional strength, and I am determined to emerge from this stronger than ever.

Remembering the Future

While my physical presence in the studio is on hiatus, my creative spirit remains vibrant. I take solace in the memories of past projects and look forward to the day when I can return to crafting stunning jewelry. In the meantime, I'm selling select inventory, supplies, and tools to support my recovery.
