Sprout House

At Sprout House, we are more than just a child care center and school; we are a community of dedicated educators, supportive parents, and inquisitive children. Our mission is to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters a love for learning and promotes positive attitudes towards education. We believe in the power of play and exploration as the highest form of research, as Albert Einstein once said.

Our programs cater to children aged 2 1/2 through Kindergarten, offering a diverse range of activities and experiences designed to foster intellectual, social, and emotional growth. From our nurturing Nursery Program to our engaging Rising Five Program and Kindergarten, we strive to create an environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a sense of wonder.

In addition to our core programs, we also offer Extended Care and Summer Camp options for families who need additional support and flexibility. Our extended care program runs from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm, providing a safe and engaging space for children to relax and unwind after their school day. Our Summer Camp, which runs for eight weeks from June to August, offers a unique opportunity for children to engage in nature-based activities, arts, and crafts, and outdoor games.

At Sprout House, we believe that education should extend beyond the classroom walls. That's why we have developed a nature-based curriculum that encourages children to explore and appreciate the natural world. Through regular outdoor activities and environmental projects, we aim to instill a sense of respect and responsibility for the environment in our children.

Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our daily practices and policies. We strive to create a 'green' environment by reducing waste, conserving energy, and promoting eco-friendly habits among our staff, children, and families. We believe that by teaching children about the importance of environmental conservation, we can empower them to make a positive impact on the world.

We believe that these disciplines play a vital role in fostering creativity, self-expression, and emotional intelligence in children. Through regular music sessions, art projects, and dramatic play, we encourage children to express themselves freely and explore their own unique talents and interests.
