In 2000, Donovan, the Owner and Creator of A Level Above Construction, decided to turn his passion for building, designing, and creating into a reality by starting his own business. Starting in the snowy landscape of Minnesota, the company has since relocated to the beautiful Smith Mountain Lake area in Virginia. Donovan's unwavering dedication, enthusiasm, and skill set have allowed him to bring all of our clients' project dreams to life.
