Our Story

Our journey began in 2000 when our president, Jay Gauldin, and his father formed a residential construction company under the name of Gauldin, LLC. Jay later moved to Charlottesville, where he worked on some of the area's most notable projects, including the University of Virginia, CBS Rentals, and Red Light Management. He was later recruited by the Piedmont Virginia Companies to become the President of Piedmont Concrete Contractors, Inc., the area's most influential commercial concrete company.

Our commercial and industrial construction services include concrete services, structural concrete, and elegant exteriors. With our concrete division, we've been providing structural concrete services to owners and contractors for over 7 years, with notable projects like UVA's Emily Couric Clinical Cancer Center in Charlottesville. We also specialize in premium replacement windows, siding, and roofing through our sister company, Elegant Exteriors by TBS.
