At Spokane Massage, we offer a variety of traditional and holistic massage therapy modalities, including deep tissue, sports massage, hot stone, craniosacral, myofascial release, swedish, and trigger point. Our licensed massage therapists, Iain Finnigan and Isabelle, are experts in their field, and our massage therapy services are designed to address a wide range of conditions, including auto accident, work-related, and sports injuries, as well as everyday aches and pains.
Reiki
In addition to massage therapy, we also offer Reiki healing sessions, classes, and workshops. Reiki is a form of energy healing that aims to restore physical, mental, and spiritual balance to the body and mind. Our Reiki master, Julie, is certified and experienced in providing individual and group Reiki sessions.
Meditation
We also offer mindfulness meditation classes and workshops, which can help reduce stress, increase focus, and promote overall well-being. Our meditation classes and workshops are designed to be accessible and beneficial to individuals of all ages and skill levels.
