Our Services
At Healing Balance Massage, we offer a variety of massage styles to cater to your specific needs and preferences. Each session is tailored to provide you with the most beneficial and relaxing experience possible.
- Deep Tissue Massage: This technique is highly effective in decreasing chronic pain, muscular fatigue, and aiding in injury recovery. It targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to promote healing and relaxation.
- Gua Sha: This ancient Chinese technique involves the use of rounded-edged instruments to palpate and massage the deeper muscle layers. It is particularly helpful in relieving soreness and increasing range of motion.
- Sports Massage: Designed for athletes and individuals who engage in regular physical activity, this treatment helps maintain top form, increase stamina, prevent injury, and aid in quicker recovery from strenuous physical exertion.
- Hot Stone Massage: Heated smooth river stones are used to lay upon the body and as massage tools, helping to deeply relax the underlying muscles and promote a sense of tranquility.
- Cupping: This technique involves the use of suction cups to reduce swelling, decrease pain, release fascia and muscular tension. Cups can be applied to any area of the body, including the face and jaw, promoting relaxation and rejuvenation.
