Questions
Are reservations required for pet boarding services?
Yes, reservations are mandatory for all services. We recommend booking well in advance, especially during peak seasons like holidays and ski season when we often fill weeks ahead.
What vaccination records are needed for pet stays?
Dogs require rabies, distemper/parvo (DHPP/DHLPP), bordetella, and canine influenza vaccinations. Cats need rabies and FVRCP vaccines. Proof must be provided before check-in to ensure all guests' health safety.
Can I tour the facility before boarding my pet?
Absolutely! We encourage facility tours and can schedule them during regular operating hours. Our staff will walk you through all boarding areas and play spaces to ensure you're comfortable with our environment.
Do you accommodate pets with special needs?
Yes, we handle many special needs cases. Please contact us in advance to discuss specific requirements. We may consult with your veterinarian to ensure we can provide appropriate care for your pet's unique situation.
What are your holiday operating hours?
We operate 365 days a year with regular hours except July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve/Day. On Christmas Eve, we have limited hours from 7:30am-2:00pm for essential care only.
Can I bring my pet's personal items?
We provide bedding and safe toys, so we recommend leaving personal items at home. For food, you may bring your pet's regular diet pre-portioned in ziplock bags, though we also offer premium Nature's Select food at no extra charge.
