Our Story

Windward Watersports was founded by professional kiteboarder and Waterman, Jeff Tobias, who spent over 10 years traveling the world, competing in top-level competitions, and appearing on numerous magazine covers. After returning to his hometown of Kailua, Jeff started Windward Watersports with his wife Carly and their young daughter Harper. With their passion for the ocean and love for sharing their hometown, the Tobias family created an inclusive and welcoming environment for people of all ages and skill levels to enjoy the beautiful waters of Kailua.
