Negative Feedback
Despite having an exceptional experience with Loyalty Credit Union at the Bayou location, there are some issues with communication and professionalism in their loan services department. One reviewer, Thick Hines, had a terrible experience with loan officer Courtney, who failed to follow up on promises and left them feeling unprofessional. Michael Priest also had a bad experience, reporting that his card was compromised and funds stolen, with a lengthy process to resolve the issue.
Positive Feedback
On the other hand, many reviewers had an outstanding experience with the credit union. Several praised the customer service of loan officers such as Mrs. Courtney Carpenter, Dakota Watkins, Regina Mosley, and Kendall Burton. Reviewers commended the ease and efficiency of the process, as well as the friendly and professional staff. Ian Ford described his experience as "amazing, " and Samantha Brown praised the quick and easy process for her auto loan.
