Poor Living Experiences
Residents have reported various negative experiences while living at this apartment complex.
Lack of Transparency and Unfair Treatment
Some residents were not informed about the lack of AC in their apartments, which was only available on the 2nd floor. This led to inconvenience and unfair treatment.
Unprofessional Behavior
The maintenance guy was reported to be unprofessional, yelling and cussing at residents to pay rent. The office lady/owner was also accused of being hard to get a hold of and showing no sympathy or concern for residents' issues.
Hostile Environment
The maintenance guy was witnessed banging on people's doors, yelling, and cussing, creating a hostile environment. The owner was also accused of using the maintenance guy to scare and intimidate residents to pay rent.
Poor Maintenance
The carpet was not cleaned or replaced, and the sidewalks were not salted during winter, leading to slippery conditions.
Harassment and Intimidation
Residents reported being harassed, intimidated, and threatened by the maintenance guy and the owner. The owner was accused of lying to residents about eviction procedures.
