He handles legal issues with honesty and respect and is a member of the Utah State Bar in the Family Law Section, Probate/Estate Planning Section, and Davis County Bar Association.

• Blake D. Johnson: Mr. Johnson is a native of North Ogden and is a Weber State University Alumnus. He enjoys running, mountain biking, college football, and spending time with his wife, Kristin, and their four children. Johnson is dedicated to helping the people in his community and has extensive experience with real estate, small business contracts, and property law.

• Burt R. Willie: Burt R. Willie is a shareholder with Smith Knowles, P.C. where he practices real property law, focusing primarily in the areas of community association law (HOA) representing both homeowner associations and developers in all aspects of community development and homeowner association operations across multiple states. Burt is a leading attorney in the field of community association law and has extensive experience assisting both community board members and developers in successfully navigating the various legalities they face on a day-to-day basis.

• David L. Knowles: Mr. Knowles has been in the industry for many years and has a list of experiences longer than many in our office. He is married to his wife Linda and they have three children, and three grandchildren. Mr. Knowles has been recognized in Utah Business Magazine, Martindale Hubbell AV Preeminent Attorney Ratings, and Mountain States Super Lawyers. Knowles is our wills, trust, and estate planning lawyer. He helps with real estate, small business contracts, and property law.
