Meadowview Gymnastics Academy is a leading gymnastics school located in Kingsport, TN. Since our establishment, we have been dedicated to providing top-quality gymnastics programs for children of all ages and skill levels. Our mission is to inspire a love of fitness, fun, and self-confidence in every child who walks through our doors.

Our Services

At Meadowview Gymnastics Academy, we offer a wide range of services, including:

• Girls Gymnastics: Our challenging and fun classes concentrate on beginner and intermediate gymnastics and tumbling skills. Students participate in Olympic events like beam, floor, vault, bars, and trampoline combined with other activities. Our experienced coaches are committed to helping each student reach their full potential.
• Preschool & Kindergym Classes: Our preschool and kindergym classes are designed to teach the vital skills of balance, coordination, body awareness, movement education, and build strength, flexibility, and self-esteem. Children will be taught good developmental gymnastics skills on pre-school sized equipment, and have fun on the rope swing, trampolines, in-ground loose foam pits and more.
• Competitive Team: We are proud to be the home of the most successful girls Junior Olympic Team in the Tri-Cities. Our gymnasts have won well over 100 individual, all-around, and team GOLD Medals in the last year. We are the home gym to many current Tennessee State Champions, and our gymnasts have qualified to state, regional, and national competition. We offer USAG, AAU, and In-House Competitive Teams.
• Parent's Night Out: Parent's Night Out is a fun and exciting event for children aged 4 and up. Children will have fun participating in obstacle courses, rock wall, trampolines, rope swing, and much more. Pizza is served during the event, and it is held on Saturday night's from 6:30 PM - 10:30 PM.
• Boys Gymnastics: Our boys gymnastics classes are challenging and fun, focusing on beginner and intermediate gymnastics and tumbling skills. Students participate in Olympic events like rings, floor, vault, p-bars, high bar, horse, and trampoline.
• Tumbling: Our tumbling classes are for students who want an upper hand on cheerleading tryouts or anyone who just loves to tumble. Students tumble on our 60 ft. Tumble Trak system and spring floors to fine-tune their techniques.

Birthday Parties: At Meadowview Gymnastics Academy, we believe that birthdays are a special occasion, and we offer exceptional parties that your child will remember for years. Our parties are one and a half hours long, with the first hour spent in the gym directed by our coaches. You can choose to have one hour free play or one hour of structured fun or a combination of both. After the hour in the gym, use our tables and chairs to serve your refreshments and drinks.

Open Gym: Our Open Gym is held every Wednesday from 9:30-10:30 AM and is a great opportunity for children to have fun and practice their gymnastics skills. The cost per child is $10.

Adult Gymnastics: Our adult gymnastics classes are designed for adults of all skill levels. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced gymnast, our talented coaches will help you reach your goals. Our classes are held on Tuesdays from 7:15-8:15 PM.
