We have been operating Flight Athletic Academy in Kingsport, Tennessee since 2017, building a reputation for excellence in gymnastics training. Over the past eight years we have expanded from a 3,000squarefoot corner studio to a 12,000squarefoot stateoftheart facility that houses all of our programs. Our team of certified coaches brings decades of combined experience in competitive compulsory and Xcel gymnastics, as well as recreational and toddler instruction. We design curriculum and training plans that emphasize safety, progressive skill development, and the overall wellbeing of each gymnast. By collaborating with medical professionals and attending national congresses, we continuously refine our training methods to meet the highest professional standards.
