At Flight Athletic Academy, we are proud to offer a positive and supportive environment for gymnasts of all ages and skill levels. Our mission is to provide exceptional training and opportunities for athletes to develop their skills, build confidence, and reach their full potential.

Our History

Our journey began in 2009 when Coach Victoria started coaching toddlers and pre-competitive teams. She spent countless hours designing curriculum, watching expert coaches, and working on her business plan. Her dream was to create a gymnastics facility where athletes and coaches could thrive. In 2017, Flight Athletic Academy was first established in a karate studio in Downtown Kingsport. We have since grown and moved to a beautiful 12,000-square-foot facility, offering a wide range of programs, including recreational gymnastics, toddler classes, and competitive gymnastics.

Our Facilities

Our state-of-the-art facility features top-notch equipment, including a spring floor, vault table, and various training aids. We also have a dedicated space for ninja training and a 6,000-square-foot competitive team gym with an in-ground foam pit and an additional spring floor.

Our Team

Our team, the Flight Crew, is comprised of experienced coaches who are passionate about gymnastics and dedicated to providing exceptional training. We believe in creating a positive and supportive environment where athletes can build confidence, learn new skills, and develop a lifelong love for gymnastics.

Our Programs

We offer a variety of programs catering to different age groups and skill levels, including recreational gymnastics, toddler classes, ninja classes, and competitive gymnastics. Our programs are designed to be fun, engaging, and challenging, with a focus on building strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Competitive Team

Our competitive team, the Aviators, is dedicated to providing exceptional training and support for athletes pursuing competitive gymnastics. Our team is made up of over 50 gymnasts, ranging from level 1 to level 9 and Xcel silver-diamond.

Redesigning the Future

Our focus is on providing exceptional training while prioritizing athletes' well-being. We believe in continuous growth and improvement, which is why we attend gymnastics conferences, training camps, and workshops to stay updated on the latest techniques and methods.
