Meet Our Owner

Richard Stoeppel, the owner of RRS Management LLC, has been in the corporate environment for over 15 years and has extensive knowledge in asset and operations management. He holds dual degrees in management and marketing and has been working as a property manager for over 20 years. Richard's commitment to providing exceptional service and his lifelong connection to the Danbury community make him an invaluable asset to our team.

Services Offered

We offer a wide range of services including professional property management, financial services, administrative tasks, and maintenance. Our financial services include legal and accounting services, monthly financial reports, and assistance with annual budgets. Our administrative tasks include central office services for associations, preparing and distributing correspondence, and coordinating association meetings. In terms of maintenance, we conduct regular site inspections, review and obtain annual contracted services, and provide hands-on project management.
