With over 27 years of experience in the Property Management industry, our owner, Justine Broderick, has combined her experience in management along with her financial background and started Lions Gate Property Management in 2009. Justine has lived in Carmel for 30 years and has close ties to her community; she knows and works with many vendors in the area. She uses her financial expertise working with board treasurers to make sure that they understand their monthly financials and how fiscally sound their association is. She is very organized, detail-oriented, and has a great work ethic and puts the extra effort in to get problems solved. She is always available for Board members anytime of the day.

Our administrative assistant, Linda Verde, has a college degree in Business Administration and has been working in the Property Management field for 30 years. She handles Customer Service, bookkeeping, and assists the Property Managers with the daily tasks for many condominiums, coops, and townhouse communities. She takes pride in giving our customers friendly and precise service so that they are reassured that the reason for their call will be addressed and resolved quickly.

We can coordinate and schedule vendors, pay bills, take care of contract and maintenance projects. We provide personalized customer service, collection of common charges, accurate bookkeeping, quick response time, and competitive pricing on contracts.
