Our firm prides itself on a legacy of over 40 years of dedicated service to the Central Texas area. BELTON ENGINEERING INC., was founded in 2011 by Lina Chtay, P.E., C.F.M., and David N. Mojica, a dynamic duo with a shared vision and a wealth of experience. Recognizing the need for a more streamlined and cost-effective approach to civil engineering and construction, they embarked on a journey to create a company built on transparency, communication, and technological innovation.

Prior to establishing BELTON ENGINEERING INC., Ms. Chtay honed her expertise, mastering all facets of civil engineering and achieving the prestigious Certified Floodplain Manager designation.
