Our company was founded by Gary Purser, Jr. in August 2001, with a vision to provide the local community with a reliable and ethical engineering and surveying firm that offers competitive rates and exceptional service.

With over 25 years of experience in the development business, Gary has built a team of talented professionals who are dedicated to getting the job done efficiently and effectively. His father, who has over 45 years of development experience in the area, has been a valuable resource and mentor throughout the years. As a local, well-respected family, the Pursers have a deep understanding of the area and are committed to helping our clients achieve their goals.

Our Services

Killeen Engineering & Surveying specializes in both residential development and commercial and municipal projects. We offer a wide range of services, including boundary surveys, platting, residential subdivisions, and commercial parcel design. Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of service and ensuring that every project meets their specific needs and expectations.

In addition to our engineering and surveying services, we also offer downloadable survey request forms for our clients' convenience. These forms allow customers to easily order a title certification survey, lot stake survey, house stake survey, or tree location survey. By providing these resources, we aim to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our clients.

Community Involvement

Additionally, we have been part of the annual Business & Technology Showcase presented by the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce. As associate members of the Central Texas Home Builders Association, we support the home building needs of the cities of Copperas Cove, Harker Heights, and Killeen, TX. Finally, we are committed to supporting the Killeen Independent School District. Most recently, we sponsored a table at the "Starmakers" Academic Recognition Banquet, which recognizes the top 40 graduating seniors of Killeen Independent School District and their chosen, distinguished teachers.
