At Lellock Consulting, PC, we are a civil engineering and land surveying firm dedicated to providing our clients with high-quality services at reasonable costs. Our company was founded in February 2007 with the goal of serving the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia and surrounding areas.

Our founder, David E. Lellock, PE, LS, LEED Green Associate, has over 21 years of experience in various aspects of land development. He has a well-rounded background that includes construction stakeout, land surveying, engineering design, drafting, and project management. This diverse experience allows him to understand the complete process of a project, from initial design to final construction.

David's career began in construction stakeout and then moved onto land surveying. He has worked on numerous projects, including interstate highways, residential subdivisions, and earthen dams. This foundation has greatly enhanced his ability as an engineer, allowing him to create and discover new ways to improve designs.

As a licensed professional engineer, David has designed a host of commercial and residential projects. His expertise extends beyond site plans and drainage studies to teaching and mentoring junior engineers. He has also developed Excel spreadsheets to produce accurate computations more efficiently.

Over the years, our company has expanded to provide land surveying services to clients. This expansion has brought David back to the foundation where he started, allowing him to offer a comprehensive range of services to our clients.
